Get traffic on certain port

I want a script which will allow me to get traffic on a certain port in PHP, from a remote server(using phpseclib) for example x.x.x.x:30005 and output it in a graph.

Showing how many active connections are on the port, and save it in a database to show realtime data - or another method(upto you)
