1- download file from FTP put it in temp location /temp/
2- make database entry for it like sample table:
(filename,downloadtimestame,downloadstatus,uploadtimestamp,uploadstatus,destination)
3- upload the downloaded file to second FTP
4- update table the fields with timestamp of downloaded and status if done
5- next time it will run it will check database if the file uploaded or not if yes it won't download it again if not then download it
again and uploaded it and repeat all steps.
6- I should be able to give file patter like what to download like (*HL* or *.csv etc)
