Frontend API For [login to view URL]

I am using [url removed, login to view] service

1)I wan to be able to make a form with multi step / multi page

2) I want to add a step to make user email activiation, means, they will access my wordpress career site that only has informative pages, then they will click on the main opening advertisiing, then click on apply now, fill the form, yea? They will provide an email in the form, that email will be used for all communication so it needs to be correct, so I want a step maybe before the user fill the data, register, your name and your email or something like that to validate his email then he goes on to the form.

I might need some RTL chnages, still not sure as it already supports Arabic, and I will need some css changes.

I will be paying this project from my own pocket to my employer bcoz I should solve this problem and am not a programmer
