The issue is at www.labourstaff.ca.

This is a single page website that has an option to enter an email address for when the future site is live.

The site and database appear to be set up correctly but when a user enters their email address it doesn't register to the database and a failure error comes up (not a database error).

I simply need that error to be fixed and the email address to be entered into the database.
