This is our login page that is giving an error so I am unable to login: [login to view URL]

I have manually updated wordpress and moved the plugins out of the plugin folder but the error remains.

this is the error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare check_password_reset_key() (previously declared in /var/www/vhost/[login to view URL]:265) in /var/www/vhost/[login to view URL] on line 2510

I need a quick fix so I can login and activate qtranslate x to get the website back in shape.
