Find adviser for selecting an open source online hotel booking system

I am finding an open source hotel online booking system, some requirements are:
- Must be open source, pretty used by hundreds user.
- System support multiple hotel showing room types and available room quantity.
- When guest make a booking of specific room type and checkin/checkout date, the system automatically decrease the available quantity on specific date of those room types.
- Support the integration with Payment gateway: Visa, Master, .. and a local payment gateway of specific country.
- Can manage the payment status of each booking.
Any one who used to work with this kind of system, specially the payment gateway, please help.
I just ask some questions to get the overview of solution, then this done.
