I am a passionate, driven and determined entrepreneur who will not take no for an answer. For the past 15 yrs I have been working to build the ULTIMATE email marketing SAAS solution. But I made some fairly serious hiring mistakes and brought on devs who gave me half-assed code, no framework, no documentation, no comments and I have not been able to sell this product to its potential.

I need 1 - 2 HIGH QUALITY devolpers who sleep, eat and breathe in code to help me bring this product to the state I need it to be.

We have the plan and all the ideas and most of the code for this to be a complete DISRUPTOR to the boring world of email marketing. My ideas are innovative and this is challenging, exciting and will be the chance for YOU to put your stamp on something that I will get in front of 100s of 1000s of people.

I want serious people ONLY. I want people who are ready to start today. Dont give me the: I am tired, I need a vacation, I dont work on weekends. The right candidate will help me turn my vision into a reality and be part of a team that is as passionate and driven and determined as I am to bring this amazing, life changing software to the world.

You will know Php and Python preferably. Other technologies like Celery, Flower, NodeJS, Redis, Gearman, Docker etc are useful and would help us.

You are not afraid to get into code and fix bugs. You are able to handle direction and you are also self-motivated and can bring your own ideas and innovation to our software. We will be rebuilding this software and company under a very mature dev cycle and we will change the world of email.

But I dont want quitters or whiners. So if you think you can come in and then get bored and move on to the next project or waste my time, forget about even applying.
