Elections Political website including a quiz module

We need a Wordpress website to help people find their best political candidates through a simple quiz of 10 questions. Based on the answers of the quiz our website should display their matching political candidates (if any). The matching process is simple, for each political candidate we should store (internal database manually managed by us) the quiz answers of each political candidate listed in our website, the website should query this database of answers and compare to the answers of the person being using our website, the comparison is by each question, the answer should match. The political candidate matching more answers should be displayed at the top of the list of political candidates for the person, the less matching should be displayed at the bottom of the list.
