I'm an ebay dropshipper . To better manage my time I slowly would like to transfer ebay management to an assistant and I need someone who's able to find winning products for ebay .

The dropshipping Business model should be compliance with ebay policies, should not conflict with ebay dropshipping policies please.

The perfect person can guarantee his work. find products 100% selling and only get paid when he reach that goal
