I need a web-based vehicle tracker software and Mobile App (ios & android) to be developed to communicate the activity reports of tracker devices installed in vehicles through the app. The app may be developed from scratch OR buy pre-designed applications off open source in order to customize for our detailed need- this latter option is actually faster and more budget friendly option for me. The preferred bidder will also customise the applications database and relevant device set-ups on the preferred VPS Host.
I run a medium sized tracking outfit in Nigeria. Presently, we use a web tracking software that was procured off open source (Traccar) several years ago but customized to our needs back then.
