The plugin will have to publish a contact form with text, selection and check fields. The information must be stored in a table of the db, once the request has been entered, an email will be sent to the user.
-Development of a plugin for the publication of a contact form (in a page or article)
-The information entered in the form must be entered in a specific table in the WordPress database
-Event (will be implemented later) after inserting the data in the db that contains the id of the new record
-Fields validation (js), email, telefone, others, simple with color and icon alert
-Street field with autocomplete (js, retrive the data from a php API)

- Creation of the table in the plugin installation event
-Send mail to the applicant after succesfull inserted the request
