I want a vendor front end UI for a fractional investment site with similar features to www. brickx .com

So, if I sell 100 bricks per property asset like a home, then each brick is worth 1/100th the cost price of the house.

I need a portfolio page, where each house will be featured. Then, when you click the Link, it goes to the Product page, like in woocommerce. There you can by a buyer of bricks. For a new asset it will be 100 bricks available to anyone who joins the wallet.

So, Joe buys 10 bricks from the Portfolio page. and Lisa buys 90. For some time, that asset is no bricks in stock. Then, Joe goes to his resell page, and sells 5. There he sees echo price suggestions of $1 incriments up to $10 above the last sell price.

Joe sells his bricks to John. John buys them from the newly populated Portfolio page, where the product is listed. Then Lisa lists 20 bricks for sale. John buys 10 of them.

Now the Product Portfolio page has 10 bricks for sale, at the nominated price by Lisa.

When the bricks resell, the reseller gets all the money, minus my fee. And when poeple buy from the Portfolio product page, i charge a fee too.

Wallet deposits are free for Bank Transfer, well almost. Credit cards are charged at the fee by the gateway provider.
