Creative designer and developer needed

I need a creative guy to work with me in my startup company. Basically I'm a company, like templatemonster, an e-commerce site that sells Web templates. I am strict in design terms, I would like someone passionate about front-end. If you are based in South Africa, all the more best. But I'm looking to hire someone for three months. Please note, I won't pay you this month, but will pay end of April, if not weekly as it'll depend on our sales. I develop using bootstrap, so basically I need someone to help me build stock templates for the startup. CMS to be discussed.
