Create a FB Share Button With Custom Redirect After Submission

Hi there and thank you for looking at my project.
This is a simple project which require the creation of a series of actions for thank you page after a survey which ill involve a Facebook share button and a refresh of the page to a specific url after successfuly sharing on facebook.
///The Objective
Have the share button allow the current page be shared on facebook using the existing opengraph data on the page being shared and the redirect after shared post complete.
///How it should work step by step
1. Click share button on the specific page
2. Small popup window appears or new tab which is the facebook posting page which looks like this: [login to view URL]
3. Visitor clicks post which then posts the page to their wall to be shared with their friends
4. The window/tab closes
5. The page with the share button now refreshes and takes them to a unique url to display th correct information for making the share
