Create a Freelance Website

Looking for a team with the following skills - website design, website programming, MySQL, Php and SEO.

We would like a professional looking web design, pleasing to the eye, with a white back round which loads quickly, and is simple to use. Users should be able to navigate our site quickly and easily to find work or hire freelancers while while at the same time avoiding confusion or information overload, please no Word Press.

For the SEO work we would like a Google Page One Ranking using five keywords, one of those Ultimately being the keyword freelancer.

Before getting started we will provide a thorough mock design complete with documentation to explain how we would like our website to operate and look. however we request a certain amount of flexibility for unforeseen small oversights on our behalf. We are also flexible and encourage any suggestions, advice or recommendations that you might have for improvements.

Some of the main features on our website will be searching for freelancers or jobs, posting or applying for jobs using data base search criteria, Uploading files, jobs list, job quotes, registering and storing user accounts, real time stat counters, feedback ratings, dispute resolutions, favorites and watch lists.

We would like real-time messaging and bell message alerts as our main form of communication for users within our web site; however we would like our site admin users to have their own website email accounts most likely integrated within our own ISP’s web mail. We would also require website notification emails to be sent to our website users own personal home email addresses for example password resets, job postings matching freelancers skills, new job quotes etc

Using Paypal as our merchant service we would like users to be able to send and receive payments using both credit cards and paypal. We would also like each user to have their own individual payment account were they can add, release or hold funds, display transaction history, print or download invoices.

The site will include job Milestone payments using paypals adaptive payments as the back end, paypal programmers will be be on hand to assist with the integration. The freelancer will also be required to purchase what we would like to call tokens to bid on a certain number of jobs.

We would require an Admin back end login to our website were our staff and technicians with different security levels can perform such tasks as - manage user accounts, handle dispute resolutions, finances, modify job categories.

Please note we would like work to be done on our own web server from start to finish.
