Chauffeur Plugin Enhancement for Time-Based Pricing

We are seeking a skilled WordPress developer to enhance our existing Chauffeur Booking System (CBS) plugin with advanced pricing logic based on pickup time.
The objective is to implement conditional pricing logic that adjusts the fare based on the time of pickup. Specifically, we require the following functionality:
When a booking is made within a specified time frame (e.g., 8 hours) from the current time (in NL timezone), the total fare should be increased by a configurable percentage.
The percentage increase should be adjustable by the administrator through the plugin settings.
For example, if the price for a ride from Amsterdam to Schiphol Airport is €100 and the pickup time is within 8 hours, the total fare should increase by 20%. Different percentage increases should apply for different time frames (6 hours, 4 hours, 2 hours).
