autofill information from addressbook to econt delivery address form

Hello, Im using magento2.3 and i have to do this function to be easy for the customer.
The 3 points must be autofilled in the Econt Form.
the Econt form contain information , which have to be taken from the address book of the customer.
1st is Full Name of customer
3rd is City or postal code
4rd is mobile phone
I need only these 4 fields with the numbers to be imported from mageto2 address book of the customer , to the Econt Form, which open when the customer order a a product from the website
