For Experienced Designers Only! Good Morning Coders... Im on a mission to develop a couple fo content sites in various markets, but I seem to have no time for deisgn. So Im looking for someone to design a template in various markets that I may choose. The winner that I select I would like to brainstorm with them over a few ideas and also I wont need any flash design. Mostly a template, a headers, and some navigation links will be all that I will need. I know I havent discussed with marketing im going into but for someone with experience in design should be able to churn out a site in no time. I would like this to be exclusive and not some templates that have been grabbed off the internet. If you have experience in SEO thats a bonus. If youcould also give me a estimate on how long your average site build takes, do include some samples of your work, and for the price if you could give me per template. I will need a homepage w/graphics and navigation. When you guys are done with design all I want to do is plug in my content. If I think the 1st job is good expect more projects with me in the future so it will be a win/win situation. Good luck and im looking forward to working with you.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
