564110 Web based build your own sign shopping cart

This is similar to how some websites have the "design your own business card" web applications. This one is to be for specific hard-wood signs. I would like to have the ability to use this for other projects as well.

User must be able to:

-Create a project

-Upload multiple photos to project and size them appropriately

-Save project/add to cart (this can simply export as an XML file, price sheets are available via XML)
