WP Website Edits & Page Speed Issues

I need a programmer who can do the following:

EDIT Directory Plugin:

- Edit a directory plugin I have: CSS, contact form, captcha, layout of how plugin displays directory listing needs to be fixed slightly

- captcha not working & needs to be white and the contact form is emailing the admin rather than the user who placed the listing

- Alignment of listings in different browsers needs to be fixed

- listings page - layout needs to be adjusted - i have a sample of how to look & GD plugin and comments needs to be integrated into the listing as per the sample

- Need a drop down search to search on country & listing type on top of pages and back to results button

- change 3 buttons to different ones or create i.e. View listing button needed now only hyperlink

- plugin main directory listing page displays list of categories as a list. I want this list to have some more styling and organised a bit differently so its easier for the user to find categories according to country - should only be a stylesheet issue

WP pages:

- Edit the 36 directory pages & post pages so that each page has the search specified above for plugin (this is the same request as above and not a different request - just not sure which category it fits into)

- comments box and all boxes like contact form are showing colour in background - need the css to show white only

- logo needs to be aligned so not cut off

- page border and nav buttons to be edited slightly

- Need 3 professional slider images with text for home page (I have a sample)

Site Speed:

YSlow etc are showing some issues the the unused CSS in the site so its slowing down my site considerably. Also the images, too many http requests, gzip needed, add expires headers and so on - I need these things fixed so that my site pages load faster and the report is in the green - now in orange on Yslow.
