Wordpress expert needed to rebuild website

A wordpress expert is needed to move/rebuild our existing website. The site is currently a microsite of a wordpress site. We have the rights to all the content and design, so am looking to rebuild the site as a stand alone site with the same URL on a new server. All the content/pages will come from the current site and the images/fonts will be provided.
Prerequisites:
1) Freelancers with good feedback preferred
2) Must be able to supply samples of similar works that they have completed
3) Must have experience in Wordpress and PHP
4) Must be able to finish the project quickly
5) Must have good and regular communication
In addition to the wordpress installation, it needs some additional features:
Standard plugins to be configured correctly. I do not need plugins to be created.
Edits to the homepage (will provide examples of exactly what we are looking for)
Enhancing the blog page to include topics, archive, links to FB, LI and twitter account
Contacts us form
Make a booking form
Integration of our mailchimp account
Addition of paypal account
Site URL will be provided upon request
