Website Rebuild - Booking agent with user generated information content

This project is for a rebuild of a scuba diving related website. The new design is to feature:
1) A wikipedia style encyclopaedia for different diving locations (i.e. profiles of different locations for doing the activity);
2) "Commercial Profiles" - profile pages and accounts for different tour operators (i.e. dive shops), each linked to those diving locations they visit (will be different for each dive shop);
3) Calendar events created by dive shops, whether a unique event or a preset recurring event (e.g. every second saturday we will go here);
4) PayPal chained payments to take bookings for events from customers, pay and notify the relevant dive shop, and keep a commission.
