I need a website created that will offer my Clients a choice of 12 web designs

The page will be like this template [url removed, login to view] showing the 12 designs on the left and descriptions on the right with 12 dots instead of 3 – each design will be clickable to show a larger view,,, or like this template: [url removed, login to view] with an image of each design (NOT flash)

Under images, the page will also have a 2 column text box on the left and a 1 column text box on the right both expandable height to fit text (text box with rounded corners

The next row will be 3 single column text boxes

Testimonials and quick mail working form like on the bottom of design -36698-

Images and image description should be easily changed from the page code?

Just three pages, the second will be like the “services” page of template-36698- and the third will be like the contact page

We also need the 12 web templates created, which will actually only be 3 main designs but giving different options with 4 different css pages to each design (so a total of 3 designs, 12 templates and a total of 12 css pages.

One design can be similar to this: [url removed, login to view] other designs you can offer me?

We are offering fast, budget websites to our clients so we need to be able to add their specific images and text with Dreamweaver and job done.
