I have been working on a phpBB forum for quite awhile and unfortunatly I have become to busy to do much on it. Most of the work is done their is

As you can see I have the main style is mostly done their is just a bunch of small things that need to be done. Here is what I would like to be done their is just a lot of small things
1.)Header - As you can see I am trying to make a header that gives links to the rest of my website
2.)Corners and Boarders - Right now as you can see my courners are not transparent I am not sure how to do that.
3.)Cross-Browser Compatibility - (IE7, IE8, Firefox, Safari,) I am seeing a lot of difference between browsers such as with the header, Adsense etc.
4.)General aesthetic - I want the site to look very well made when done with.
I am really looking for something Sub $50
