23256 Mlm Downline Website Needed

I am looking for a programmer to build me this website. This website will be very similar to this website. [url removed, login to view] except the fact that it will have 5 programs to join and then once you join the 5 programs you have to enter your userid or account login into the field next to each program and then click submit. Once you have all five user ids entered, the user will click submit and be given their own referal link that have duplicate the page they just signed up with. Only difference is that now their userids are top level and anyone that signs up under them will be credited to their downlines. Also I will need a back office where I can post tutorials, video and files so members in my program can view. i will need to capture each email address that signs up in the program and be put in my mailing list. Each new user will have the optiong to pick a username so they can log in the back office. the password needs to be emailed to them. First Link. On [url removed, login to view] project i want there to be 5 programs that users have to sign up to be given access to the back office and their own Unique url page. ( that page will be a clone of my site except with their tracking ids imbedded in the links) - ** when you look at the [url removed, login to view] site you noticed that the users have to sign up with the programs and then enter each program userid in order to be given access to the back offices. On my page I will have 5 links on the page. they will also need to create a username and the password will be automatically be emailed to them with the link to the back offices so they view and retrieve all the files, banners and video that I will have for them in the back office. Second link [url removed, login to view] - This is the simple look I am looking for. It's very easy, clean and to the point. The 5 links will be located at the bottom of the page. Also if you notice with [url removed, login to view] the website home page serve as recruiting page. The actuall links when you sign up are different. I would also like to add a banner rotation at the bottom of the page that only I can edit in my back office. Look at the bottom of [url removed, login to view] page to see what I am talking about... Third link. [url removed, login to view] if you sign up ( it's free) you will notice that the back office is simple and has other programs that you can sign up with and then enter your userid in the appropriate box. After you enter your user ids for the programs in the back office anybody else that sign up via your refferal url automatically are in your downline for the programs that you entered your userids for.
