Joomla Articles Hits + Acesef Problem

1. I want the "hits" of articles to show on all articles, category, and section view. It is now showing in some section layout, but none in category layout.
I have enable them in most of the settings (menu, article global settings, etc), but still no luck.
2. I want the acesef metatag plugin to enable in all of my articles, and let me know how to do it for new articles.
