Interface for Linux Box Recordings Needed

We use trixbox to make and hear recordings made by phone calls (verbal contracts). The wav files are stored in individual folders based on the usernames. I do have a script that will navigate a user once logged in to a specific page so I wont need a login system (unless included with the price). What I need is an interface that will search the recordings based on day, month, and year individually and combined. This could probably be used easiest in conjunction with the linux time stamp on the files? The recording names must list on a table based on teh search criteria and be linked to the audio file for live play or download.
