I need a clone of GAF that supports a different language encoded in UTF-8.

The clone should allow for an easy manipulation of the language (meaning all texts should be easily configurable using an admin panel).

All features should work the same way that GAF does.

- Payment modules should use paypal

- Databases should use mySQL

- Pages should all be made in PHP

- Comments and rating system should work well

- Full admin control panel is required

- There's no restriction as to which existing scripts used as long as it works

Payment will not be made in one lump sum. But you will be paid in segments based on the amount of completion.
