Fix website design - Validate XHTML

First of all, you must have knowledge of PHP and CSS in order to fix this error.
My website scroll to the right side. I do not to see the horizontal scrolling. Only the vertical. This happen because I installed 5 start rating script, but it is poorly nested with <li> tags and <table>
You must validate my website:

The website is 95% XHTML and around 5% PHP

If I remove the <li> from my website then the horizontal scrolling will disappear, but the 5 Stars Rating will not work. The script is working fine, but the programmer that made the script did not know any design a created a poorly nested table.
All the work is XHTML, but you must know some PHP so you do not cause any error on my website.
The job is simple:
1. REMOVE HORIZONTAL SCROLLING.
2. MAKE MY WEBSITE VALIDATE STRICT XHTML
