Display a combined Twitter feed of several users

I want to create a page like this:

I want to be able to define a list of Twitter accounts (up to 100 or more) and have their combined tweets listed in a format similar to this one. If possible, I'd like the page to be displayed as a WordPress page on my site. If not, a standalone page is OK.
I need an easy way to maintain the list of Twitter users whose tweets will be included since it will change regularly.
If you can include new Facebook posts for specific Facebook users along with the tweets, even better.
I do not need moderation or storage of the tweets, just a way to display an up-to-date list of recent ones.
