Clone of website inc admin system

the website is also for a recruiting agency so previous experince on the sort of project will be a bonus. Design must be clean, simple, and very very professional in appearance.

The back end must control every thing on the site from members to mass email the sectors and employers and employees. programmer must also be on hand for extra mods at a later date. the site must be search engine friendly. The flash intro will be done by myself.
