Brand New Design For Existing Fitness Website

My existing website ([login to view URL]) has been running for 10 years using Microsoft frontage. It's now time to move forward and begin using Wordpress with a completely new look and feel and a site that is less confusing and is focused on pushing my site visitors to my purchase page and join the fitness program we offer.
I require a theme that is clean, bright and eye catching. It needs to be kept simple using white, blues, red, oranges.
For now I just require 3 pages to be designed (home page, signup page and one preview page, this will be a template page which will be used for most other pages in the site).

Many visitors to the site tell us that the site is very confusing and it requires so much jumping through hoops to actually get to purchase the program. I need a site that will actually sell this product better with a crisper, less cluttered feel.
The person I want to work on this project has to be creative, provide ideas. I'm not looking for someone to just build a few pages and make a copy of the existing site in wordpress. I want something new and fresh.
The site must also be SEO friendly
I will only consider bids with those who bring real ideas to the table and provide ideas with this project.
