Bit hard to explain the tasks when you are not familiar with the website, so I'm going to say some main functionalities that need to change. During development you can adjust time if needed if the work is more then expected (or cut in requirements).
I'm using YII framework so knowledge of this framework is a pré.
1. Add Ajax search
2. Modal with several tabs (using Twitter Bootstrap)
3. Multi image uploaed
4. jsPlump changes to position on grid
5. Adding objects
