Add a shopping cart system and some products

We currently have a website - [url removed, login to view] - which we had built a few months ago.
We now would like to add some products to this site, but we don't want to sell online, we just want to show the product images and descriptions. I am not sure whether a shopping cart system with the ability to purchase turned off would be best or whether it would be best to use some sort of CMS. We also don't want to show the price.
So basically, we want to add a new link to our existing page called "Our Products"
When you click this link, you will be taken to a page which is of the same design as our current page, but it has all our products shown. We want each of the following brands to be shown :-
Paragon
nu flame
fireline stoves
kohlangaz
evonic fires
portway stoves
flamerite essence
percy doughty efficiency plus
crystal boston and florida
bohemia x stoves
matchless fires
infinity fires
elgin and hall
Then we would need the products from each of those brands adding to the site (images and description), taken from the manufacturers site.
Please let me know if you need any further clarification. They must be put on in a way as to ensure we can add additional products easily in the future.
