English to Traditional Chinese translation needed. I don't want those who use auto translation programs, thats VERY bad and I can do it myself. Beware, I want Traditional Chinese NOT Simplified Chinese so edcode SHOULD be UTF-8 or big5. Don't give me some words in Traditional Chinese and some in Simplified Chinese. I have attached the file that needs to be translated, it's a guide document for some kinda blog's template modification. Only words between " and " need to be translated(Don't edit other things else it will be broken). You can translate and show me the first 2 or 3 lines, and then I'll make my decision.
