Wordpress Affiliate Plugin / Woocomerce Plugin Modifications

We recently set up a Woocomerce store on our Wordpress blog and it is up and running. We are looking to hire a programmer who can do the tasks listed on the attached PDF document and modify the 'WP Affiliate Platform Plugin' and 'Woocommerce Plugin' where necessary so both work properly with the site. We need some menus moved around, opt-in form validated, css adjusted (for layout), and some modifications to the plugins themselves to capture the fields from the op-tin form, and insure everything works as it should.
