Php Google Docs Script Needed in 3 Hours!

i need a script that can login using oauth and create a formatted text document from a template and then create the file in a specific folder that a user has access to.

Each folder will have different access levels for different users or all files can go in 1 folder as long as they can limit access to users.

I NEED THIS IN 3 HOURS.
