merchantOS wordpress plugin for woocommerce

I need someone to create a wordpress plugin that will allow a client with a woocommerce shopping cart to automatically manage their inventory via merchantOs API.

when the client changes an inventory in merchantOS the plugin will change the inventory in the woocommerce ecommerce/shopping cart system.

There should be no need for the customer to do anything once this plugin is activated and set up. (except use merchantOS of course)
