Integration of OpenAds with Joomla Site

Experienced Joomla and OpenAds programmer wanted! I want to incorporate OpenAds Server with a Joomla website. Website has already been built. You will be responsible for the following: 1.) Setting up openads software on linux server 2.) Integrating with joomla. 3.) Create zones that will work with pre-built joomla templates. (A total of about 8 separate page styles.) 4.) Ad types to include text, image and video 5.) Ad campaigns will need to have the following scheduling and targeting capabilities: a.) Impressions b.) Per Click c.) Budget (options Daily, Weekly, Monthly) d.) Zones specific (Content Areas) e.) Run Of Site (ROS) can run on entire site until budget has been hit. f.) Specific days and times Most of these features are already present in OpenAds. I just need an experienced integrator to get the software setup properly. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Here are some optional features that I would like priced separately. Optional feature #1 - Reports that are created and have the option to be emailed or stored on a webserver that is accessible via a browser and username/password. Optional Feature #2 - Integration with a payment gateway. (Could we use with VirtueMart shopping cart?) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Here are some questions to answer: Question #1 - Is it possible to also display ads based on site content (contextual ad serving) Question #2 - What is your timeframe for doing the above steps (Please state timeframe for Option separately.) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications: 1.) You must have experience with OpenAds. Please provide sample sites you have worked on. 2.) You must have experience with Joomla. Please provide 3-4 sample sites you have worked on.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
