I want an application that:

1. Will restart itself when windows restarts (so a windows service application)

2. It should have a dashboard where I can add URLs

3. I should be able to set a time interval that this URL should run

4. I should get a report of how many times the url has run and when is the last time it run

5. I should be able to add an unlimited number of URLs and they can have different time intervals
