504745 oscommerce - product rewrites - upload new product data

i have about 425 products i need product descriptions rewritten from a manufacturers website and added to a oscommerce site. bidders should be able to:

-rewrite original product descriptions in proper english (i will provide urls to original product info)

-rewrite must include main keyword phrase in 1st sentence of description and also near the last sentence (i will provide keyword)

-most descriptions are approximately 200 words or less - your rewrite should be about the same

-descriptions should be in your own words and not have any sentences or phrases that appear in the original description

-you should have strong english skills - you will not get paid for bad english/improper writing

-DO NOT use software to rewrite these descriptions

-ability to add content in site standard html product template to oscommerce in the correct category

-in oscommerce, must enter the "product title tag" in the SEO section - i will provide this

-in oscommerce, must enter the 1st sentence in the "product description tag" section of the SEO

-in oscommerce, must enter the keywords for "product keyword tag" section of the SEO - i will provide this

-in oscommerce, enter "1001" for the product quantity

-in oscommerce, enter the "products model" number as it appears on the manufacturer website

-in oscommerce, upload image from original manufacturer website

-in oscommerce, select the appropriate feature associations (size, type, color, etc) - if option is not currently listed, you must add it

there is no research involved, simply just reading what is already there and rewriting it in your own words while implementing the keyword phrases i provide. do not use any sentences or phrases from the original product description...your writing should be 100% in your own words.

please provide a sample or two of work you have wrote/rewritten...

i am willing to pay in phases (every 100 products uploaded successfully). i need this completed asap so would prefer to work with someone who has a team. please ask any questions you have.
