PHP Holiday Rental Directory

I require someone to assist me in the development of my new company. 1st4-Rentals will be a PHP directory of Villa and Apartment rentals allowing owners of villas and apartments across the globe to become a paying member (annually), and create a listing for inclusion in the directory.
The directory itself will simply be split up in to Countries. A search engine, allowing visitors to select specific items (e.g. swimming pool, bbq) will be implemented in to the directory.
Villa/Apartment owners that become paying members will be able to create and modify a listing that will include:
- A Title for the listing (e.g. Stunning Villa in Rome);
- A description of the property (which must be limited to a certain number of characters;
- Upload 5 Photographs of the property (which will then be resized and shown as a slideshow within the listing);
- Create and modify a table containing the rates for the property (this must be able to be changed regularly);
- Select a number of features and suitability options from a list (e.g. swimming pool, bbq, suitable for children, pets not allowed);
- Enter a name, contact telephone number and email address;
- and finally at the bottom of the listing a button that will take the user to a contact form allowing them to directly send a private message to the paying member/advertiser (this message must also be sent to the members email address).
As this will be a pay annually website, the listing must automatically be removed from the directory when the paying members advertisement quota is used up, yet allowing the user to redeem the listing for future inclusion in the directory again.
This project will be completed in several phases.
Phase 1 - Construction of the directory;
Phase 2 - Implementation of Search Engine;
Phase 3 - Creation of Paying Members Area/Control Panel.

Note: I have designed a number of pages in HTML format including the main page. These pages can be used as templates and coded in to PHP. I have also created a template (in HTML) for the listings themselves. The logo has also been created. A hosting solution must also be recommended for the website.
