Need Magento Online Stores Built

We need 2 online stores set up on our magento installation. We just need them set up and we will upload the products.
We need a payment gateway and merchants account set up. We also want to take paypal if possible.
We basically need someone good that can hammer this out quick.
The products will be dropshipped.
The host is 1and1 and if we send them an email, they will give us the PHP features we need.
We need Search Engine Friendly URLs with keywords in the URLs on internal pages.
After the stores are set up, we need a 3 hour (or more) phone call or chat consultation to explain to Bob, a webmaster who know's PHP and design, to
1) Show me around.
2) Show me how to add another store
3) Show me how to customize the home page look and feel and the look and feel of all pages
4) Show me how to add custom title tags, meta tags, headers, and content
5) Show me how to customize urls to include keywords if possible
6) Show me how to upload products including bulk upload
There will be additional payment later on if we like your work for further projects and support.
Also, if it's easy and it would be cheaper, you could just show Bob, the PHP webmaster, how to do the whole thing and he will do it - one conference call.
