53168 Clone website + modifications

I would like a clone of the following website including the back end and admin area: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] - back end and admin area username: Greece password: Florence The websites are not currently fully functional due to the company being in receivership. I need the information in the databases on each property (prices, photos, descriptions, etc.) to be copied and installed on my server. A full hotel reservation system to be installed incorporating the database information (the secure hotel reservation module is not currently working on the above websites). This would need to be customised depending on the destination. For example, for some countries I have transfers, different terms and conditions and different currencies. In addition the price database would need customisation to include special promotional offers such as free nights and price reductions. I already have 15 older websites that do not have a database of prices (I use simple HTML tables), these older websites would need to be incorporated with the price databases, reservation system and back end/admin area., only keeping the property pages in HTML as they currently are, as they are optimised for the search engines. In addition to many other features, the back end/admin area allows the building of web pages for each property. I would need this function cloned, with certain changes. As the optimisation of each individual page is important, I would require that there is an option to name the page as an HTML page ONLY not as .asp or anything else. I would also require a field in the building of the page to allow the inclusion of certain keywords in the text and meta tags for search engine purposes. All other back end / admin features would need to be cloned from the above website, these include sales reports, communications centre, email forms, etc. This project will be ongoing as it will need some extensive customisation and modernisation as the business grows. The business although operated only by myself has been around for 6 years, therefore I am looking for a long-term developer who will offer me good 7 day support at a reasonable hourly rate.
