67756 bare bones for web directory

Hi there I am looking to have the bare bones of a web directory type site built. What I am looking for is it to be all cross browser enabled. Have a modern look to it. Have a single navigation such as a switch menu or tree type with sub menus which can be easily up dated e.g. added to or taken from as long as it is in line & does not jump out to the side. There should be four main titles North/ South/ East/ and West dropping down to Counties and then down to Villages or Towns this then will link up to the towns client listing Will need to have a large capacity search engine with an automated means of having it up dated once a page goes to the server. Have a fill in form with validation which will calculate a total at end and be printable on an A4 sheet form to have the following Title/ First Name/ Surname/ E-mail Address/ Confirm E-mail/ Web Address/ Address 1/ Address 2/ Town/ Dublin number/ County/ Area code/ Phone number/ Fax number/ Mobile number/ Business name or other/ Select category listing/ If not suitable please type/ Select listing entry =Local Village or Town €20/ Local Village or Town and County €25/ Local Village or Town County and National €50/If the following choices are made WDI page €60/ WDI folder €80 then the listing is free/ Confirm total €/ How did you find us/ Check box confirming read terms and conditions compulsory/ Signed . This form could be split into two forms taking the WDI page and WDI folder as one form to including all the above details Have an automated site-map which could or should work off the search engine. Have a client listing page as a template. Have a page which will encode e-mail addresses and present a choice for some other text instead. I can provide all Dublin number/ Counties and Area cods/ I would like to see a mock up before deciding, who gets the job please also when finished all will have to be loaded up to my server and working, will give details when happy with mock up.
