Web Portal URGENT

Hello and Thanks for bidding on my project.

I'm looking for a bidder who can work with me to create and design a simple web portal. A web portal in my words means a simple site that allows me to put multiple links to other sites. I would like these portals to allow me to input the "affiliate links that I would like to include.

So this project includes two parts.

1. A simple clean design that allows for multiple links such as these addresses found below.

2. A backend application that allows me to input certain affiliate links that I want to be displayed on the site. Thus making it an easy way to customize each portal for each domain i have and for future domains. There might be an easier way for this to work such as have a system where I put in new affiliate programs. When a person types in a certain domain or searches for it it will automatically pull items or links that are relevant to the search. Give ideas pleas in private message.
