Add shoesize in checkout and orderconfirmation mail. (Modified oscommerce)

Products on this shop have sizes.

They are defined in the products_plant database and are linked through products_model.

The size itself is in the plant_maat column of the products_plant database. See screenshot table.

Throughout the site, the shoe size is displayed correctly. On the product page, in the shopping cart, etc. See screenshot cart.

Only place it still needs to be added, is during the checkout and in the confirmation e-mail.
