I have a mysql database consists of the following fields:
I need a procedure in php:
1) create a combobox with the values in the field CITTA uniquely should not be duplicated
2) When I select a value from the combobox <> value FOGGIA I must return the value of the fields in this format:
Citta – zona – ditta - tel1 – Tel2
3) when I select the value of the combobox = FOGGIA I must request a textbox with a value (search key) in order to give me back the data in this format:
Foggia - Indirizzo - zona - Ditta - tel1 - tel2
The search key must be equal or similar to the database field INDIRIZZO and CITTA = FOGGIA
