I am looking for a programmer for personal one on one website consulting and implementing. I have a current programmer he is unreliable and inconsistent. I pay $150-200 per two week period. Job will include making sure the website stays running and when its not be 100% dedicated to fixing it. Job also includes monthly deadline projects.
