I would like to find someone who can develop new CMS in PHP [login to view URL] who will use this CMS is really beginner and very low knowledge in IT,so I come out idea to develop very easy CMS for [login to view URL] I always use WordPress,but because of WordPress new specification,I cannot update because we still use Mysql : 5.1.4
